The Conductor
In 2019, Naomi and her son, Stephen Reed, jointly released ‘The Conductor’. This is a 56-Page, illustrated children’s chapter book, about a Conductor who loves his instruments. He chooses each of them, and gives them the music, and tells them to play together, and keep their eyes on him. But the instruments struggle to do that! Will the Conductor have a plan to bring the music back?
As well as the chapter book, Naomi regularly performs the story live, at churches and conventions, as an encouragement to grow in our ministry together, as the body of Christ. She enjoys combining the story with a short message from 1 Cor 12. As well as that, Naomi is currently teaming up with a talented musician, Steve Clark, who is creating a musical backdrop to accompany the live storytelling. We hope this will be available from February 2020.
Naomi was the keynote speaker at our INF dinner in Tulsa, Oklahoma in Oct 2012. Afterwards, every guest who talked to me said how blessed or encouraged or inspired or challenged for the better they were by her message. Everybody is asking for her books.
Naomi is a person who has been impacted most profoundly by the gospel of Jesus and her life is filled with stories of the service and transformation that comes when God works through his word and his people. Naomi has a gift in taking biblical content and the core truths of the faith and connecting them to people’s lives with imagination, passion and relevance.
